Registering – how do I register an account?


Registering is easy and only takes a few minutes.  If you are from the UK click the UK flag on the homepage and then press the JOIN NOW button.  If you are from Ireland click the Irish flag and then press JOIN NOW.

Will I need to send in ID?


In most cases you will not need to send us anything in order to use your account initially.  However if we cannot verify the information on your account or if you make a withdrawal we will require some or all of the following ID:
A copy of a recent (last 3 months) utility bill (verifies your address)
ID to prove you are over 18 (birth cert, dirvers licence, passport etc.
A copy of any cards registered to your account (blocking out all but last 4 digits)

How safe are my personal details?


We will never pass your information on to third parties. We use encryption software which means that all your personal & banking information including credit card details are encrypted, making it impossible to be read by anyone.

Can I open an account outside UK & Ireland?


Yes, depending on what country you live in. The opening of accounts, the acceptance or processing of bets, and the processing of any other financial transactions will not be accepted for certain customers.  If you need any help here please contact us on This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. I’ve forgotten my password what can I do?


If you have forgotten your Password and you know your username/login name please click on the ‘Click here if you cannot log into your account’ link, after pressing  ‘Play Now’ on the home page. Follow the instructions on screen and we will email you a temporary Password. If you have incorrectly enter your password 3 or more times, for security reasons your account will automatically lock.  You can then click on the Live Help icon for help or email This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. who will unlock your account and can send you your username/login name if required.

How do I change my password or email address?


Log into the site as normal and in the Bingo Lobby (first screen where all rooms are listed) and click on Account/Bank at the top of the screen. You’ll be asked for your password again and then you will see various tabs, go to the last ‘Security Details’ tab as below. Enter your new email address and click ‘Submit’ to save it. To change password, enter your existing password and your new password twice and click ‘Submit’ to save.

How do I deposit?


Log into the site and in the Bingo Lobby (first page where all the rooms are listed) go to the ‘Account’ and then ‘Bank’ link at the top of the page. Under the ‘Deposit’ tab you will get a screen as below to fill in your details of your card or to enter your Ukash voucher number. Select from one of the options on the left hand side (Ukash, Credit/Debit card or E-wallet etc.) and enter card details in the middle section if required.  
Choose a deposit  amount from the last section and click ‘Deposit Now’. At any stage you can contact Live Help or for assistance.

How do I add more than one card?


Log into the site and in the Bingo Lobby (first page where all the rooms are listed) go to the ‘Account’ and then ‘Bank’ link at the top of the page. Under the ‘Card Maintenance’ tab, you can add new cards or deactivate and activate cards (you may only have one active card at any one time). If any of your cards are lost/stolen please advise us immediately so that we may block your card for you.

How can I set a Deposit Limit on my account?

How do I view my Account History?
Log into the site and in the Bingo Lobby (first page where all the rooms are listed) go to the ‘Account’ and then ‘Bank’ link at the top of the page. Under the ‘Account Statement’ tab (first tab) you can drop down the box that says ‘Type’ and pick from Deposits, Cancelled Deposits, Withdrawals, Withdrawal Refunds, Adjustments and Game Transactions. Change the Date Range that you wish to search in & click ‘Submit’ to Search.

Can I change my username?

To change your username, log into the site and in the Bingo Lobby (first page where all the rooms are listed) go to the ‘Account’ and then ‘Bank’ link at the top of the page. Under the ‘User Details’ tab, enter your new name under ‘Display Name’ and click ‘Submit’ on the right hand side of the page to save.

How can I see what I have wagered on bingo or games?


Log into the site and in the Bingo Lobby (first page where all the rooms are listed) go to the ‘Account’ and then ‘Bank’ link at the top of the page. Under the ‘Wager/Bet Details’ tab you need to tick on the left hand side which wagers you need (bingo room, particular games, etc.) and then choose your Date and Time range on the right. Click ‘Submit’ and all your bets/wagers for that particular timeframe will be displayed.
You can also access your Bet History via the "Bet History" button at the top of the bingo game window. A new pop up will appear where you can set the criteria to locate the history for the game you wish to see.Once you have made you selection hit "Submit" and the results will be displayed. In order to view the detailed information about a game play, click on game play id.

I’ve won! How do I withdraw?

Once that has been passed, go to to the ‘Account’ and then ‘Bank’ link at the top of the page. Under the ‘Withdraw’ tab you will see a couple of options, to withdraw back to your card OR directly to your bank account. Withdrawals back to card or bank account take from 7-10 working days (a little longer over national holiday periods eg Christmas).
