Deposit

Depositing and withdrawing funds from your rehabbingo account could not be easier. To deposit or withdraw please log-in to your bingo account and click on the "Account" drop down at the top of the page and then click the "Bank" tab. You will be asked to enter your password, but once you have done this you will have full access to deposit and withdraw funds.

How do I deposit with Laser?

To deposit funds in to your account with a Laser card, select 'Your Account' and enter your password. Then click on 'Deposit' and enter the amount you wish to deposit and the 3 digit security code, which is the last 3 digits on your signature strip.

You are advised to press the 'print' key on the confirmation page that appears once the deposit has gone through. Keep the printout as a receipt for your own records.

Your Laser card will be charged by Rehab Bingo. Your debit card account will be debited immediately upon completion of the transaction. The transaction will appear on your statement as 'Rehab Bingo'

How do I deposit with Credit/Debit Card?

To deposit funds in to your account with a credit/debit card, select 'Your Account' and enter your password. Then click on 'Deposit' and enter the amount you wish to deposit and the 3 digit security code, which is the last 3 digits on your signature strip.

How do I deposit with UKash?

Ukash vouchers have a unique 19-digit code which is used when spending online.

Ukash cards work in a similar way to pre-paid debit cards whereby a balance may be maintained on an account associated to the card. Each card has a unique 16 digit code associated to it which needs to be input together with a four digit PIN when making an online purchase. The Ukash card may be topped up with credit at any registered store. When making a purchase the card will be debited with the appropriate value.

Ukash depositors must provide ID prior to their first withdrawal if not already submitted, in order to age verify.

If you want to break your voucher in order to deposit a lesser amount please go to www.ukash.com where you will be able to break your voucher into smaller amounts.

How do I deposit with Paysafecard?

Paysafecard is a prepaid debit card which allows you to make online purchases without using a credit or debit card.

In order to make a deposit, simply select PaysafeCard as the account type on the deposit screen and enter the amount you wish to deposit. You will then be redirected to the Paysafecard website in order to enter your Pin number and complete the deposit.

How do I deposit with Neteller?

Neteller is an electronic wallet that accepts credit cards, bank deposits and electronic funds transfer.

In order to make a deposit, simply select Neteller as the account type on the deposit screen, enter the amount you with to deposit, your Neteller account number and pin.

How do I deposit with MoneyBookers?

MoneyBookers is an electronic wallet which enables anyone with an email address to securely and cost-effectively send and receive payments online – in real-time.

In order to make a deposit, simply select MoneyBookers as the account type on the deposit screen, enter the amount you wish to deposit and the e-mail address you used to set up your MoneyBookers account. You will then be redirected to the MoneyBookers website in order to enter your password and complete the deposit.

Withdrawals

Withdrawing funds from your account has never been easier.

  1. Click on 'Your Account'
  2. Click on 'Withdraw' and you will be presented with the available withdrawal methods which are, to some extent, dictated by your deposit method – see below
  3. Enter the amount you wish to withdraw, then hit 'Submit'.

Please note:

  • Automated withdrawal conditions will apply to the first deposit bonus. You will be able to withdraw funds from your cash balance (deposits and winnings) at all times; however, you will forfeit your bingo bonus funds if you have not met the associated wager requirements specified in the terms and condition on your first deposit.
  • The withdrawal screen in the My Account section will tell you how much you have currently wagered and the required total
  • If you attempt to raise a withdrawal and have not fulfilled the wager requirement for bonuses applied to your account, a message will warn you that you are about to forfeit any bonus funds. If you click 'Ok' then bingo bonus funds will be removed from your account. To return to the withdrawal screen, click 'Cancel'
  • All bonus offers are subject to change, withdrawal or termination at any time.

Available Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawal methods available to you are, to some extent, determined by your deposit methods. Payment back to depositing card rules will apply where possible. For regulatory reasons, we are obliged to credit the same amount deposited from a given card back to that card where possible.

We offer withdrawal services to the following card types:

  1. Visa Credit Cards
  2. Visa Debit Cards
  3. Solo
  4. Maestro (UK only)

This can only be overridden by a Customer Support Agent and only in the case of a card being lost, stolen or expired and reissued with a different number. In this case, ID verification and proof that the card or account being withdrawn to is registered to the registered player would be required. Alternatively, a cheque could be made out the player, crossed 'Account Payee only' and sent to the player's registered address.

After the amount deposited has been withdrawn to the relevant card it is possible to withdraw funds to any of the following methods:

  • Credit/Debit Card
  • Bank Account
  • Cheque

What is the minimum and maximum I can withdraw?

The minimum amount you are able to withdraw is €25.00, and the maximum is €10,000. You can withdraw once every 24 hour period.

If you wish to withdraw less than the minimum amount or more than the maximum amount, please contact Customer Support to arrange the withdrawal.

How long will it take for my winnings to reach me?

If you choose to withdraw your winnings via BACS, please allow up to 3 - 5 working days to reach your account. For cheque payments, please allow between 7 - 10 working days.

Payment back to card withdrawals are generally processed within 5 - 7 working days if your card is issued by one of the following banks: Barclays, HSBC, Natwest, Lloyds or RBS. If your card is not issued by one of these banks your withdrawal may take up to 15 working days. This is dictated by your card issuer.

What identification will I need to provide in order to perform a withdrawal? If a withdrawal request is made for more than €1000 or over time you withdraw more than €1000, then the following information will need to be emailed to the customer support team (a) Photocopy passport or driver's licence (b) Photocopy of the front of the card you have registered and used on your bingo account. Please show name, last four digits and expiry date. All other details may be obscured. (c) Photo copy of a bank statement or utility bill that shows your name and address registered on your account (no older than 3 months old).

ID Verification

We require ID verification in the following circumstances:

  • Manually, if we identify risk on your account
  • If you have raised a cumulative withdrawal amount of €1000, and have not previously supplied ID documents
  • If a Card is blocked
  • If a new Card is added or existing card details are edited
  • If Key account details change on your account
  • If Address details change
